At Coolibar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sun-protective apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 60 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label and a packing slip to include in your box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
